The Ministry of Public Service and Delivery Management conducted a training at MNUC on Wednesday 27 tania raymonde nude Victh March, 2024 with the University College’s Digitalization Committee. The training centered on Business Process Re- Engineering was facilitated by officials from the Ministry; Ms. Betty Soita: Secretary, Public Service Transformation and Ms. Christine Kaari, Programme Officer.

Joseph Mumu a Second Year Bcom Student at MNUC wins Kenya University Sports Association (KUSA) Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the year 2023/2024 and Shem Atoyo, SAMNUC Sports Congress person lead the most disciplined team of the season. Congratulations to all the teams that represented MNUC for the first time in KUSA league season 2023/2024.

Dr Ratemo Makiya from Mama Ngina University College,   engaging with Professor Michaël Dooms and team of visiting postgraduate students of the Vrije Universitieit Brussel (VUB) - one of the top public universities in Brussels, Belgium. The networking event explored possible opportunities for collaboration and took place on 26th March 2024 at the Belgium Embassy. Local partners from various sectors were present including Ms Maina who is a member of the Senate. The engagement was courtesy of the Ambassador of The Kingdom of Belgium (H.E Mr. Peter Maddens) and The Trade Commissioner (Mr. Ivan Korsak).  

  It is with great pride that we officially welcomed our new Principal, Prof. Zipporah Ng'ang'a, and Deputy Principal, Prof. Thomas Sakwa to the MNUC family at their installation ceremony that took place recently. The installation gave us an opportunity to meet our new Chancellor, Amb. Dr. Francis K. Muthaura, graced by MNUC Chairman of Council, Dr. David A. Oginde, KU Vice Chancellor  Prof. P.K Wainaina,  the area MP G.G wa Kagombe, various community representatives and stakeholders who came to welcome the new team.  

KUSA Nairobi North Conference 2023/2024 Results Mama Ngina University College (MNUC) made its debut in KUSA Nairobi North Conference League for the year 2023/2024 in various discipline and managed to walk away with the most Discipline trophy overall. The University College also managed to produce the Most Valuable Player (MVP) in the same League. The 2024 International Women's Day celebrations were held by MNUC Members of Management, students and staff on Friday 8th March, 2024 in the MNUC. The celebrations culminated with a presenation  aligned to the this year's theme"Invest in Women, Accelerate Progress" Dr. Ruth Mbugua -Dean, School of Nursing who was the keynote speaker delivered a speech on gender equality which served as the pinnacle of the event. With her unparalleled expertise and passion, she illuminated the audience with insights and perspectives that resonated deeply with the theme. On 6th of March 2024, the Leadership and Politics Club had an educational visit to the National Parliament. The tour was divided into two sessions; morning session visit to the Senate and the afternoon session to the National Assembly. During the morning session at the Senate, the club members were recognized by the Speaker of the Senate. Youthful Senator Lemaletian Hezena, who identified with the students as a fellow comrade, graciously welcomed the team to the Senate gallery. The grand finale of MNUC's Culture Week was concluded on 1st March 2024 and culminated with the crowning of Mr. and Miss Culture MNUC, a momentous occasion celebrating diversity and unity within our esteemed institution. This captivating event brought together students from all walks of life to showcase their unique cultural backgrounds, talents, and traditions. Our finalists, Miss Silvia Nyaga and Mr. Silus Ngosila embody the spirit of cultural pride and appreciation, celebration of identity, pride, they are the ambassadors of Mama Ngina rich Culture. Mama Ngina University College is among eight universities across Kenya implementing the SKIES Rapid Tech Skills Development Program funded by the World Bank. Dr Ratemo Makiya Cyprian, who's in charge of the School of Pure and Applied Sciences, is a Principal Investigator in the project and will be leading the implementation of the program at Mama Ngina University College. The MNUC National Cohesion and National Values committee undergoes training facilitated by Mr. Boniface Kamau & Mr. Kelvin Njoroge from the Directorate of National Cohesion and Values under the Executive Office of the President. Dr. Ratemo Makiya, MNUC  Senior Lecturer in the School of Pure and Applied Sciences with the DVC ARSA (Open University of Kenya), and other special guests during the HiETeC-2024 conference. Dr. Ratemo and the other panelists drawn from academia and industry were addressing issues around the application of online pedagogy to impact on the learner's behavior in Distance Education. The HiETeC-2024 conference was jointly organized by Daystar University and AMREF University.   During this week MNUC fraternity came together to campaign against substance abuse in our communities resonating with the theme "National Substance Use Prevention Week". Thorough framework was put in place and needed collaborations. MNUC takes part in campaigning against this vice. IT IS NEVER TOO LATE TO CHANGE.  

MNUC held  its first ever hackathon in 2024! Dubbed the "HACK IT 2024 Student Hackathon", spearheaded by the Chairperson ,Department of Computing and Information Technology, Dr. Cyprian Ratemo Makiya, the event will run from today and conclude this Sunday, 4th Feb 2024.
