MESSAGE FROM THE PRINCIPAL

Welcome to Mama Ngina University College (MNUC).  MNUC is a Constituent College of Kenyatta University.  The University College has undergone tremendous growth since gazettement on 17th September, 2021.

The current student population is 578 students in 14 degree programmes.  The University College prides in having highly qualified academic staff, consisting of Lecturers and Senior Lecturers most of whom have PhD and vast experience in teaching, research and community service.  This ensures that the students are well equipped with knowledge and skills that contribute to the College Motto “Shaping the Future”. The University College also has 73 support staff.

In addition, the University College aspires to instill a culture of values; integrity, diligence, excellence, accountability and creativity among staff and students.

The College envisions becoming a University College of choice in the region by providing Transformative Teaching, Research and Community Engagement for effective service that will be provided at Certificate, Diploma, Bachelors and Post graduate levels.
