On April 16, 2025, Mama Ngina University College staff and students came together to spread love and joy at Gatundu Children’s Home in a memorable Community Social Responsibility (CSR) activity. A total of 25 representatives, comprising 9 students and 16 members of staff, visited the home bearing generous donations of food supplies, basic supplies and clothing for the children. The day was filled with warmth, laughter, and a sense of togetherness as the team engaged the children in various activities including singing, games, and storytelling. It was a wholesome and fulfilling experience for everyone involved, as smiles lit up the faces of both the children and our university representatives. We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to our partners, Max Protect Ke, who offered and conducted free professional fumigation services for the home. Their support played a key role in ensuring a healthier and safer environment for the children.
This visit reflects Mama Ngina University College’s continued commitment to social responsibility and community engagement. We are proud to be a part of moments that create lasting impact and meaningful connections beyond the classroom.
