22nd July marked a significant and historic milestone for both the School of Pure and Applied Sciences (SPAS) and Mama Ngina University College (MNUC), as we proudly witnessed the official signing of a collaboration agreement between MNUC and the Kenya National Bureau of Statistics (KNBS).
This landmark partnership is poised to greatly enhance the university’s capacity in conducting collaborative research, offering specialized training, and spearheading data-driven initiatives. Through this agreement, our students will gain invaluable exposure to the real-world application of statistical data, enriching their academic experience and equipping them with essential skills for the job market. It will also open doors to more robust attachment and internship opportunities, enabling our learners to work alongside seasoned professionals in the field of statistics and data science.
Beyond the immediate academic and professional benefits, this collaboration also serves to elevate the profile of Mama Ngina University College on the national stage. It reinforces our unwavering commitment to academic excellence, innovation, and meaningful contribution to Kenya’s socio-economic development.
We look forward to a fruitful and impactful partnership with KNBS as we continue to empower the next generation of scholars, researchers, and data experts
