- Mean grade of C+ at KCSE or equivalent with at least C+ (plus) in English / Kiswahili, Biology/ Biology science and Mathematics.
- OR mean grade of C (Plain) at KCSE or Division III at KCE or equivalent with Diploma of at least credit Pass in Health Records and Information Technology from a recognized Institution. Those with Diploma must have at least 2 years relevant post qualification experience.
- OR mean grade of C- at KCSE and progressed from Certificate to Diploma at any recognized/accredited Institutions.
