Mama Ngina University College (MNUC) has successfully concluded a week-long series of Quality Management System (QMS) capacity building trainings aimed at strengthening staff competence and sustaining effective implementation of the University College’s ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. The programme covered QMS Awareness, QMS Implementers, and Internal Quality Auditors Training, equipping staff with knowledge and practical skills in quality management principles, implementation of QMS processes, internal auditing,identification of nonconformities, corrective actions, and continual improvement. The trainings reinforced the important role every member of staff plays in maintaining an effective QMS and delivering quality services that meet the needs and expectations of customers and other stakeholders. Through continuous staff development, MNUC remains committed to sustaining ISO 9001:2015 certification, enhancing customer satisfaction, and embedding a culture of quality, accountability and continual improvement across the institution.
