Mama Ngina University College underwent its second surveillance audit by the Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS) on 8th and 9th October 2026. The audit was part of the planned surveillance audits following certification issued in November 2024, which expires in November 2027. The audit assessed conformity of the University College’s Quality Management System (QMS) with ISO 9001:2015 and applicable statutory requirements, while identifying areas for improvement. This supports maintenance of certification and improved service delivery, efficiency, accountability and customer satisfaction.
The University College is scheduled for recertification in November 2027 and is considering transitioning to ISO 9001:2026 during the recertification audit. The University College wishes to thank all stakeholders for the continued support towards implementation of the QMS and remains committed to continual improvement and quality service delivery
