Mama Ngina University College is committed to retooling the academic staff to empower them with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively embrace the on-going education reforms in the country. Led by the chairperson CBC implementation Committee Dr. Ruth Mbugua, MNUC in its preparedness towards implementation of Competency Based Curriculum (CBC) held a training workshop on Pedagogy on Friday 2 nd August, 2024. Dr. Joseph Wambua from Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development trained all the academic staff on the 21st Century pedagogies and ICT integration. The University College dedication to re-tooling its academic staff, reflects its commitment to creating a conducive learning environment for CBC implementation. As the country transitions to the Competency-Based Curriculum, Mama Ngina University College stands as a shining example for other institutions of higher learning to follow.
