Mama Ngina University College (MNUC) successfully conducted the 2025/2026 Student Leaders’ Induction Workshop, bringing together 17 newly elected officials of the Student Association of Mama Ngina University College (SAMNUC) for a week-long leadership orientation held from 2nd to 7th November 2025.

The intensive programme aimed to equip the student leaders with essential knowledge of their constitutional roles, governance structures, policies, and administrative procedures of the University College. Participants also engaged in sessions on ethical leadership, financial management, teamwork, communication, and balancing academics with leadership responsibilities.

The induction was officially opened by Prof. Zipporah Ng’ang’a, Principal – MNUC, who encouraged the leaders to serve with integrity, accountability, and innovation. Through interactive sessions, team-building activities, and plenary discussions, the induction fostered unity, confidence, and a shared sense of purpose among the student leaders — laying a strong foundation for a transformative and service-oriented student leadership.
