GENERAL FOREMAN

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum KCSE mean grade C (plain)
  • KNEC Diploma in Building Construction or Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • Served as a Foreman for a minimum of 5 years.
  • Knowledge and Experience in large construction works and maintenance works.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Graduate Assistant is a training position based on one (1) year renewable contract up to a maximum of three (3) years subject to yearly Masters Progress. Remuneration will be based on the existing Inter–Public Universities Council Consultation Forum (IPUCCF) negotiated terms.

Those qualified for positions of Plumber, Mason, Electrical Works, Carpentry, Welding, painting, steel fixing and foreman will be engaged on a need basis and remunerated as per the current market rates.
