ELECTRICAL WORKS

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Kenya Certificate of Secondary Examination (KCSE) mean grade D+ or recognized equivalent qualification.
  • Government Trade test III in electrical works or equivalent from an accredited Technical Training Institution.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant working experience.
  • Knowledge of relevant professional standards.
  • Understand the Regulations that apply to installations, repairs and maintenance of electrical systems and appliances in Kenya.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Graduate Assistant is a training position based on one (1) year renewable contract up to a maximum of three (3) years subject to yearly Masters Progress. Remuneration will be based on the existing InterPublic Universities Council Consultation Forum (IPUCCF) negotiated terms.

Those qualified for positions of Plumber, Mason, Electrical Works, Carpentry, Welding, painting, steel fixing and foreman will be engaged on a need basis and remunerated as per the current market rates.

Applicants with foreign universities’ certificates should provide the translated version from Commission for University Education.
