Inauguration of the 2nd MNUC Council

On September 4, 2025, the 2nd MNUC Council was officially inaugurated in a ceremony graced by Dr. Wahome Rureri, PhD, representing the Principal Secretary, State Department for Higher Education.

The newly appointed members of the 2nd Council are:

• Dr. Dinah J.C. Mwinzi, CBS – Chairperson of Council
• Dr. John Nyangena – Alternate to the PS, State Department for Higher Education
• Dr. Karen Kandie – Alternate to the PS, National Treasury and Economic Planning
• Dr. Joyce Nyabuti, MBS – Member
• CPA Gilbert Nyongesa – Member
• Mr. Thomas Leremore – Member
• Mr. Davies Mukuria – Member
• Ms. Lizzie Chongoti – Member
• Prof. Paul Wainaina – Ex- Officio – V.C Kenyatta University
• Prof. Zipporah Ng’ang’a – Ex-Officio – Principal MNUC
