Risk Management and Quality Objectives Training by KEBS

Mama Ngina University College (MNUC) recently conducted an impactful three-day workshop on Risk Management (ISO 31000:2018) and Quality Objectives Setting (ISO 9001:2015) at the Kenyatta University Conference Centre (KUCC). The programme brought together Section Heads from across the College and was facilitated by experts from the Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS).
Through the sessions, participants deepened their understanding of risk-based thinking and the formulation of effective quality objectives aligned with institutional goals. The initiative demonstrates MNUC’s strong commitment to enhancing service delivery, promoting continual improvement, and strengthening a resilient, quality-driven institution.
