MOU Signing Between CyberPro Global and Mama Ngina University College

Mama Ngina University College (MNUC) is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with CyberPro Global, a leading cybersecurity education and services provider based in Nairobi. The partnership reflects a shared commitment to building robust cybersecurity skills and enhancing data protection capabilities in higher education institutions.

CyberPro Global brings to the table a strong track record of offering immersive, hands-on cybersecurity training, combining global expertise with localized context, guided by international standards (including ISO 27001 compliance).

Through this collaboration, MNUC students and faculty will have access to:

  • Foundational to advanced cybersecurity courses, covering topics like network security, incident response, cyber law & ethics, and risk management.
  • Practical training environments including virtual machines and hacking labs — ensuring that learners gain real-world, hands-on experience rather than purely theoretical knowledge.
  • Flexible learning formats (online and offline), allowing working professionals or part-time learners to participate without disrupting their careers.
  • Awareness programs and services tailored for institutions seeking to enhance their cybersecurity posture — a benefit not only for students but also for MNUC’s administrative and operational systems.

At the signing ceremony, both CyberPro Global and MNUC leadership emphasized the importance of cybersecurity readiness in today’s interconnected world. They affirmed mutual commitment to nurturing a generation of graduates skilled not only in business, health, and social sciences, but also prepared to tackle cyber threats, safeguard data, and uphold digital trust.

This partnership is in line with CyberPro Global’s broader mission: to bridge the cybersecurity skills gap across Africa by offering accessible training, certifications, mentorship, consultancy, and research opportunities.

Through this alliance, MNUC positions itself as a forward-looking institution — one that values digital safety and empowers its students to thrive in a rapidly evolving cyber landscape. We anticipate that this collaboration will significantly enhance academic excellence, institutional cybersecurity awareness, and graduate employability in sectors where digital security is increasingly paramount.
